One year after launching the first SparkLab in Paris, representatives from 12 Aspen Institutes gathered in London for three days of exchanges as part of an international workshop organized by Aspen Institute International Partners.

SparkLab is a space designed for teams across the Aspen Institute network worldwide: an opportunity to share development priorities, programmatic approaches, and strategic perspectives.

This year’s agenda included:

• An Aspen Seminar to ground our discussions in our shared mission,
• “Partner Perspectives” sessions to learn directly from the experiences of our peers,
• A conversation on the challenges of leadership and alumni engagement in a constantly evolving world.

Global challenges call for collective responses: participants left with new ideas, practical tools, and strengthened collaborations to advance their work and amplify their impact.

At Aspen France, we are proud to contribute to this international community of committed partners who share the conviction that dialogue is essential to building responsible leadership.

We would like to recognize those who made SparkLab 2026 possible: Olivier Chapman and Isi Williams from Aspen UK, who hosted the event, as well as the Aspen International Partners team: Jonathon Price, Savannah Lane, and Logan Richman.
